Paint & Body Work - spoiler and fender doesnt line up?

the first image is the side that doesn't look normal. the second is the normal lined up side. i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem, or is it a gm mistake or aftermarket fender.

is it a aftermarket 1/4 panel or hatch?? or are the stock from the factory? and has there been any panel replacment suck as 1/4 panels, hatch?

im not sure, i bought it like that. a friend of mine that the right quarter paniel was a replacment. it there any way that i can fix it? im pretty sure the hatch is original.

how does the door gaps look on the rear side by the 1/4 panel? and i would messure from the doors to the back bt the tail lights and see if that 1/4 panel is longer. and does the hatch gaps look good on the top were the glass is.
