General Maintenance & Repairs - 99 z28 mifsire?

Okay so the story begins last summer when i was crusing down the freeway at ~65-70 mph on 6th gear and decided to play with the throttle (floored it a few times), i then start to suddenly lose power.. I down shifted to 5th and gave it some gas, stillno power. Downshifted to 4th, 3rd, second until i finally just pulled over and it shut off.. Popped the hood, foumd nothing and then decided to crank her her back up and it was all fine and sandy again..

Now, idk if that had anything to do with a misfire, but even since that summer i have been feeling/hearing some random popping about 3-5 seconds apart at idle. But when i rev her up or drive her, theres no problem..

I've came down to a few conclusions after doing a full tune up and semi-correct seafoaming

Dirty intake mani

Ungapped spark plugs (ac delco)

Dirty fuel injectors

Or fuel pump going bad..

Can anyone chime in??

i would just do a fuel filer and clean the maf and see from there.

Already have new fuel filter and cleaned both maf and tb

Run some seafoam through the gas tank.

Tried that too.

Anymore clues?
