Default Katech C5R valve covers

I have aquired a set and I need the gasket grove cut into them.... anybody got any ideas.... machine shop or somebody knows somebody who has had this done...????????

RTV will work also. You can also make a cork or similar gasket of your own and use gasket shellac on the side facing the head.

Emailed them and they didn't seem to want to do it. That was my first choice. Can a decent Machine shop handle something like this...???????

The C5R valve cover dosen't have enough meat on the lip to support this. I cut my own set of gaskets out of the Fel-Pro Blue gasket material.

The only other choise is to cut the head for an O-Ring.
