Is your modded? Only one bank lean could be a vacuum leak... Take a spray bottle with water and mist over the intake and if it bogs the motor in any way you'll know there is a leak... Other members might have a better idea of common issues with these engines

A leaky header gasket will cause this and that would be my first guess.
Also, instead of spraying water around the motor, use an unlit propane torch.
Use it like a wand around the input manifold joints and see if the idle goes up.
If it does you have a leak sucking air.

Full exhaust no cats an tuned an ill use break clean

Not the brightest idea...brake clean can swell the silicon gaskets and cause a problem when there wasn't one. If you're going to do that, use carb cleaner.
You have quite a few things to do in addition to randomly spraying a flammable aerosol on a running engine ....what are your LT fuel trims? Fuel pressure? Is the MAF working properly (not dirty, or reading incorrectly), air intake tube tight? When was the last time you replaced your fuel filter? Bank 1 is notoriously lean on LS motors for some damn reason, so if anything else is running on the ragged edge you can get this DTC.
