yeah im pretty sure its a good deal! im not sure if its a stick or automatic... but what Im more interested in is, IS THIS FLIPPABLE?
I really want a c6, and im just saving up little by little to get one so I wont have to finance. So if i can flip this thing and sell it for 12,000... does that sound do-able?
assuming the car is clean and zero problems/clean title.
its in my town

what could I realistically sell this car for? what would a quick sale price be and whats the most i could probably get for it?

To give you an idea I paid 12,600 for mine 2 years ago with 92K, and rims/exhaust

Over 100K on a Vette is like a reselling death sentence. Over 50K and the value drops.

Flipping for 2k profit sounds like a waste of time to me for what it sounds like car with certain age and certain miles will have some issues.

Well I figure 2 grand is 2 grand.. aka FREE MONEY. I probably don't make a fraction of what most of the Corvette owners on this forum make.. so if I can flip it and make 20%, I will. I was just wanting to know yalls opinion if its worth 12 or not

hell of a deal if it's clean and been kept up i'd buy it.

get the car checked out and make your decision.
In my area close to 100k fbodies are being sold for $8-10k, so a c5 with same miles can probably can easily be sold for $12k-$14k.

It needs tires.. the run flats sound like mud tires! I mean they ROAR. Needs a few other small things. I'm trying to decide

looks like a great deal.... if you were going to buy it to drive. But you've got taxes and tires run 800+ so making 2k gets a little hard. But verts bring a premium, especially if its a 6 speed, you wouldn't be stuck with it. There's just too many variables to try to come out ahead.
When I bought my '98 coupe two years ago with 120k miles, I put about $2K in it in the first month replacing regular wear-out items and just small things to get it back in good condition. Since then, I wont even begin to add up the money I've spent on mods.
If i were to buy a 100k mile C5 to flip, I wouldn't be willing to give much more than 8k.
also get a Carfax on the VIN, if a wreck shows up walk away, you wont be able to give it away.

If you have to replace those tires expect to drop about $1500 on a new set. There goes your profit margin right there.
