General Maintenance & Repairs - 99 F-body - Wipers will not turn off

What is the name of the component part that goes bad when your windsheild wipers do not turn off?

Is this called "the wiper control board"?

I've replaced this 3 times in 14 years. I went throught the car wash Sunday and now the wipers do not turn off.


This blows!
