I'm sure all of the comp and TSP pushrods are private label Trend pushrods so there shouldn't be a big difference there. That being said, call and talk to TSP, I'm sure they can get everything sorted out for you.
Me personally, I went with Manton.

Now I'm really confused. I have read and was told, the stock LS1 pushrod is 7.400" overall and 7.385 GAUGE length. I went to comp cams website to look at some PRs which they said the Magnum and the HiTech PRs are advertised in Gauge length. BUT>>>they show the 7.400" as the OEM size...How does this make sense?

My personal measurements of the stock pushrods match the numbers you have. 7.400" was set as the internet stock length with an aftermarket cam to make up for the base circle difference of the stock cam to aftermarket. I personally have found a lot of errors in what Comp tells you and their tech support is horrible. Call Trend, ask for Tech Support and speak with them. I bought my double taper pushrods from Trend and they were machined from solid billet steel rod. They were truly a work of art, at least as pushrods go
