when i first saw it i thought it was insane.. then i watched the dyno... a lsx can make that na to the wheels... i bet the torque is unreal, but torque dont matter with those tires

take away the: power steering, alternator, the 6 rib belt, probably a nice stall in a glide or some such.. i can see it.

Not to change subject, that VE is pretty B A .............. bad ass

I have a 588ci BBC i've been planning to put in my 2004 GTO, run EFI similar to this build.
Denny Shemwell runs a similar setup in NMCA

Inspiring build.

thanks for the post.

So.... it looks better with that FUGLY hood scoop gone. And they claim 1275HP yet it only put 780 down, it's suffering an almost 40% parasitic loss?

Very nice car though.

just goes to show you not to believe the numbers that these motors are supposed to put out to many variables.

yeah but 727ci has gotta easily make 1200+ HP so has to be something to do with the drive train or something think about it. you can make huge N/A power out of only 400ci this is nearly double that in cubes.

40% loss is huge as to why i have no idea its not my car and i dont know the guy it could still need tuning who knows, might be running very very hot.
