Default first start after heads and cam

i just put some 799 heads and a 610 lift cam in my car and got to start it last night for the first time. it seemed to run great off idle and sounds 100 times better now but it wont idle at all. i have herd you have to drill out the hole in your throttle body, if so how big?

Do not start drilling holes in your throttlebody. You need someone to tune the car and set the idle. In the interim you could adjust the idle/throttle stop screw to open the blade and let a little more air in.

Absolutely dont touch your TB just have the car tuned you are moving ALOT more air than the computer is calibrated for. It needs to be re calibrated.

+4 mean you have 4 degrees of overlap ground into the cam

That is 4 degrees of advance timing ground in, not overlap..That cam has 12 degrees of overlap.
