anyone put kooks true duals with TSP 17/8 LT haders ? will it bolt in or have to cut up to make it fit ? thanks in advance

I haven't, but from the looks of the system, it's possible it would work without too much fuss. The Kooks true duals appear to be an all slip joint system, that should give you a little adjustment. You may have to make some adjustments that might require a little cutting and welding.
