I have searched and found plenty of people from Tennessee in threads, but none showcasing their rides. With Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Knoxville, and everywhere in between, there has to be some pretty bad ass rides floating around. Not to mention Huntsville Dragway being right over the border and Ft. Campbell sitting on the KY/TN line. Soldiers, it seems we have more money than sense..........see pictures below :)

Nice collection, and I agree with you 100 percent. The WS6 looks badass even after all these years. And the clean ones are looking only looking better as more and more of them get junked out.

What amazes me man is the lack of care these cars see...at least in Memphis. Ive owned 2 GTOs, one SS and one WS6 NONE of which came from Memphis. The people here suck at car care so I just buy my cars from neighboring cities and states. Haha!

What amazes me is that there are only two other people from tennessee who want to whore out their rides lol

Thanks. They make great drivers. An E46 is probably the ideal DD for a real car guy. They handle great, ride well enough (a lil stiff, but it's an acceptable trade for the performance), very nice interiors, and they are relatively quick.

They're nice cars, safe, and fun.....they are NOT as fast or brutal with torque as something like a cammed LSx. If you want that, with the combination of nice interior and handling, you'll be let down.

Just being honest, I've known a couple people who missed the torque.

no good recent pics of the truck, it's immaculate and is the DD. pulleied and lowered with magnaflow exhaust and lightning suspension. The trans am will get finshed one of these days, got a new TT setup for it to replace the butchered half ass setup the shop put in it before they went out of business and hacked the car to pieces.

My 98Z, 28k miles. Stg 2 5.3 ABS heads, TTS long tubes, SLP "Loud Mouth" cat back. Custom cam. TnT F1 system. Weld in SFC's. Plenty of other supporting mods.

that's the newest one on Hwy 99, there's another one about 5 mins away on Hwy 96......both are only about five mins from my house

East TN here. We will start with my 200,000 mile daily. 2.2 5 . Full xtreme/Zq8 suspension with 33/24 sway bars and spindles with blocks (4/4 drop) painted grill painted mirrors and for handles. Shaved tailgate, Camaro seats, dark grey interior swap, full Leds, hids, currently on anniv. 10 spokes.

Next iS my z28 I sold. Had 43,000 miles in 07 when I got it, sold it with 68,000 this year.had Gmmg lid the anniversary 10 spokes that are now on the truck .factory 3.23 car l.e.d's h.i.d's OEM ss spoiler, slp has , whistler mod and black housing corners, ss hood but never installed it.

Next is my ss I bought after selling the z. Flew to California and drove it . Its cammed 55,000 miles 6 speed with ruff 278's magnaflow catted yy (until I get kooks lt's and y)and cat back, flip out DVD sub thump stealth box, lowered on pro spring kit phb and lca. I switched it to stock headlights and put in a ls7 clutch and new hydraulics. Probably other stuff I forget.

The ss? I'm glad I got it. Drove straight back from Cali in a day and a half with no problems out of the car.

Thanks Guys. I haven't run the car on the strip, it is just my DD. I used to drag motorcycles at Union Hill and at Beach Bend years ago, but not cars.

I have looked around on the tnfbody.com site, but haven't joined. I probably will, just haven't.

Yeah, I work in Kingsport at B&E collision, but live in Bristol. Good choice on your car, nice color, wheels look great. Cool to see someone from tech in the tri-cities.

How many ppl in here has. Cars ready for track or ready for lsfest?

I still have to get my s60 in, get tuned( have a mail order tune for now),and my exhaust completed. Was hopeing to have it done before the street fights started up in Bristol but that starts this sat. So it'll be a few more weeks.

I was also hoping to run at Bristol but not sure if I will now or not now.
