Negative Trader Feedback - '02 WS6 "James"where is my $50.00 Been a long time

Beware of '02 WS6 James from TX ! Sold me a set of tips that where suppose to be in great condition then once I paid him he pm'd me saying they were in bad shape and didnt realize it so asked if I want a refund or work something out..so we agreed upon a 50.00 refund and I would keep the tips ! He had told me a few times he was going to refund me 50.00 and I still dont have a penny! It sucks it has to come to this !!!

This is 100% my fault. Due to certain circumstances and my own forgetfulness I failed to follow through with our agreement and for that I apologize Street Racer. It was never my intention to do this, especially it being my idea. Pm sent.
