General LSX Automobile Discussion - Alternative to this Bolt/Screw

I am looking for a suitable alternative to this part. Any recommendations?

From what I understand a 3/8" self tapping screw is close but AFAIK not automotive grade.

I am looking to secure the brake lines to the k-member in my 94 LT1 TA.
