American Torque Thrust 17x9.5 Can I run 315 on rear without modifications of rear wheel? Which tire can I run without it rubbing? Thank you

That wheel is too small for a 315. Yes, it can and has been done but not recommended. Wheel offset and suspension are key factors in fitting the 315's. Stock height or lowered?

We all want to get away with as "inexpensive" as possible. Cheap=dangerous. There are only so many corners you can cut. A failure of the tire, wheel, fender, etc is not worth the price.
At stock height you can get an 11" wheel with a 50mm offset and run a 315 without any other mods to the rear.*
