Generation IV External Engine - Cant figure out what these heads are LS3 L92 other

Help if you can I cant figure out what these heads are LS3 L92 other
the casting says 716 the heads look identickle to ls3 heads

ive had the first gen l92 l76 heads and they didnt have a frost plug in the side
and were 5634 or similar not the 716 number

those don't look like the ls3 intake valves.
