Hello I have a problem with my Chevy engine twin turbo.
I have an LSX block with warhak heads and an original cam and stiffer valve springs.

The problem is that crackles fall off valve
first time it was on an exhaust valve. when the valve stem had been gnawed by the crunch. After that we changed brands. and this time it has an intake valve keepers fallen off.

I lathes 6400rpm max.
and I charge a maximum of 20psi (1200hk 1633nm)
and when this happened I loaded 10 psi (750hk and 1200nm)

What can cause this problem?
it may be rpm stop?
boost pressure?

Any pictures to better illustrate what you are talking about?

Sounds like he's chewing up valve tips but I'm no expert in Swedish

He didn't say specifically, but if the OP is using titanium valves, typically lash caps are used to prevent wear and tear. Definitely in need of pictures or a better description of what is occuring.

Yea pictures would help but I was thinking, it sounds like you are possibly saying that the valve looks chewed up where it seals to the head. If this is the case it could be caused by heat and the pressure dropping causing the valve to burn. Better valves, like something sodium filled, could solve a problem like that.
