WOW!!!!!! I just replaced my TCI 3200 with the yank 4400. I havent got it to the track yet (should be able to do that this weekend), but it is amazing on the street. We did some modification to the tranny. I was cutting 1.7x 60' with the 3200. Hoping for 1.6 or 1.5 with the new 4400. For a street driver it does slip a bit when you first give it gas but it is completely tolerable especially once you give it gas on the nittos!

i hope you have some better tires than those Nittos if you think you are going to hook up get it to about 2500 rpms and then mash it on the green. If you hook, 1.5 60's shouldn't be a problem. I have run this converter for over 5 months now, and of all the converters I have been through this is my favorite.

I have ET Streets at the track... but living in Missouri they dont do so well on the street So i run the nittos on the street instead of the old firehawks. Ill let you guys know when i run it.

If you have a decent suspension setup, you should hook it at the track. Hell, I'm on balding 275/17 Nittos and with a small burnout, I can hook in less than a second on the street w/ a 3.73. Suspension is king on the streets bro.

Well here are the results. My first two runs sucked cuz i didnt burn out enough and had a hard time with traction. The third time I got a good hook but still had traction problems. (even had the streets down to 15.5)

It could run better if I could get it to hook. I need to tweak the shift points a bit. Not a bad run for me. Beat my previous best by .5 second.

Yea the 1/8 mile kinda sucks due to your 60ft time , but you made up some good mph after that, You might be pushing the et streets to far and may need ET drags. Should have easy 11s in it if you can get traction. What was your launch technique. Maybe try 13 or 14 psi on the ET streets hot.

I stalled it to about 2500 rpm on that last run. I didnt feel too comfortable with the streets being under 15.5 psi without tubes or bolts. On that lunch I hooked from the line, but slipped a bit before the 60' so I know I could do better there. I also did not inflate the fronts at all and was on firehawks, so I know there is more there as well. Ill look to get some 15 draglites on the back and skinnys on the front. Should be able to install the tubes then. The 4400 really pulls hard. It is a HUGE improvement over my previous best.

Mike spun on every run. a 1.60 60ft would have put him in the 11s (with a little luck). He also hit the limiter on a couple of his shifts.

I run my ET street without tubes , are the tires turning on the rim , did you do a mark test on the tire and wheel.
