Generation IV External Engine - Ls7 swap In 4th Gen F-Body Header Gaskets?!

Just like the title says ls7 heade w kooks 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 headers. Tried the ls1 gaskets and they leak, will the ls7 gaskets work? Even w a little gasket matching on the header possible?
