Default Intermittent Starting Issues

I have a 95 Camaro Z28, I installed Pacesetter Long tubes about 2 weeks ago, and had Madtuner tune my PCM. I deleted my egr and smog. Recently i've had some starting issues. Last summer I had the infamous issue of the car not starting until i let off the key (check valve in the fuel pump bad). I replaced the fuel pump with a brand new acdelco unit in April. I had 42 lbs of fuel pressure at the key and 36 at idle. Sometimes the car doesnt start until i left off the key again. Could it be the fuel pump again? Recently, when i start the car and drive it and then shut it off and try to refire it, the car will not start or start and then die. When i have my windows down i can smell the sweetness of my premium gas. The car seems to be running fine once its started, no miss. So i'm thinking my issues are fuel or spark related, or both? Any ideas what would make the car die after starting or not start at all? My battery, alternator and starter are all good i had them checked out.

If it was the opti, my ses light would be on right? I have no ses light on.

Ive had my opti go bad causing these issues with no light.

Made me think my car was out of gas or had a fuel related problem, but really it ended up being the opti.
