What size is this, and which headers does it fit? Or is it supposed to fit the factory down pipes?

3'' off the headers into a 3'' cutout and the end has a piece of pipe welded on that shortens it to about 2.75 because it was used with the stock exhaust piping. I am unsure of which headers these bolt up to because the previous owner didn't know what kind they were, they looked like hookers to me.
