I'd be all over this if I had 500 to blow plus whatever it would cost to powdercoat black and spacers. A nice staggered setup.

Thought I'd throw out the idea for someone who may be looking at wheels

Where are they located? It says local pickup but I don't see a location anywhere.

assuming his reserve is set at 400, maybe you can get him to ship them for the 500...3 bills for powdercoating and you've got yourself a sexy set for 800.

Not a bad deal. I just wish they looked as good as our stock wheels but in that size. The 10 tiny spokes looks kind of funky to me but i have seen them on a couple V's that i liked them on.

The 19's on the rear look sick, the 18's are just ok.

Anything 19 or 20" looks great on these cars. And i dont mean blades or something ridiculous. Lol Im meaning CCW's, HRE's or any other high quality staggered forged wheel.

The stock 7 spoke 18's though are really nice though for a factory wheel.

Standard CTS are 5 spoke.

These will fit cts-v's but with a minimum 10mm spacer (I think based on the offsets). My spacers are 1/4".

Probably because his CTS is 5 lug and the V is 6. STS-V wheels fit fine on a CTS-V.

My take is if the wheels dont have at least a 2 inch lip I wouldn't buy them for the v unless the price is great as the one here. Wheels like this are the only worthwile investment in my book but they are also $$$. The lip is what adds agression to a car but then again two and 3 piece wheels also weigh a ton.

Am I the only one that thinks those dished/red wheels are a little(a lot) gaudy?

I agree, looks like someone pulled an exhibit pimp my ride on those wheels. Candy colors on v wheels just looks like someone was trying to look good in the hood. In fact candy colors on any wheel takes your car down a notch, it looks ghetto.

Done with a black, gunmetal or other subtle color looks good in most cases, but we're arguing asthetics here. To each his own.
