**** I would buy the car part it out, keep the stuff you want and pay for the new motor swap with the stuff you sell. BTW what are nitrous headers??? Or did you mean a blower, nitrous and headers???

Well its hard to tell which one will be better with such vague info. Between the two, id pick the one that seems to be in better condition. No point in having a powerfull car if it wont last, Id worry about the power later.

And if you're talking about which one is in better condition, probably the 383 stroker over the LT1 that's just supercharged. To the OP, supercharging a motor almost cuts it's life in half especially if it's a stock motor..not that you probably didn't already know that, but if the 383 has been used for some time and the s/c motor is fresh...then it's all up to you on that. But i'd say 383 all day, you can always just supercharge an engine. You can't always just build a 383 as easy as you can supercharge an engine.

powerdyne's are pretty much junk and are notorious for eating the internal belt. stick with the big 3.vortech,procharge,paxton.

I would go for the 383. If it was built by them then you know it was professionally built. If the other one is a stock motor with a supercharger, nitrous, exhaust...NO WAY! You know the owner did those adds for quick, fast power instead of properly building an engine to handle a power adder.

Besides, I feel it has more testosterone if its all motor than having to be forced with power.
