o2 sensors not cycling

o2 sensors not cycling what could cause this. I just did a T56 swap and now am havin problems. I logged some and found when I had MAF hooked up the o2 readings were about 0 and when I unhooked it they jumped to almost 900 but no cycling.
please help.
