Any automotive machine shop can resleave the block. They can go back standard bore or oversived. 4.1 bore with a stock stroke crank would get you 382 CI.

Default Sleeving the LS3

The LS3 L92 blocks can be sleeved using Darton's LS7 Seal Tight dry liners. Actually any Gen IV block can be sleeved using these liners. I have sleeved hundreds of these blocks.

Bore size range is 4.125" to 4.185" with max. bore NA only.

Sleeve length is 5.800" for better piston support with long stroke cranks.

Note that installation of these sleeves can not be done by just any automotive machine shop. You need a flood coolant CNC, stress relief equipment, and experience to hold the tight tolerances required for a successful installation.
