Forged bottom end, stock head, 6262, E85, lots of boost on top of pistons

my buddy is doing the same, has the 5857 right now on 21psi cams only motor. the rods are probably shaped like bananas but the neons like that ;)

hes going with full DCR motor and precision 6262, eventually going for 30psi i think. hopefully 650-700whp? should be a pretty fucking bad ass machine haha.

It was a hot day. I wouldn't be too upset. Too bad they were the dyno was STD rated. They typically read a little higher than SAE.

My correct number was 455, so not really much different. I could def make more on 93, but E85 gives me more peace of mind

stock they put out 210hp/310tq from 89-93 and the 94-95's (which that one is) were 230/330. my 93 would run 14.6@93mph with very little done to it (removed air silencer, K&N filter, flowmaster cat back)

That's about where my N/A auto 4.6L T'Bird is right now. 14.8 @ 96, 232rwhp on a Mustang dyno. I got heads and cams for it last September but yet to go on. And jumped on some more goodies in March but that's for after I enjoy the head+cam upgrade for a little bit.

I was assuming the super coupe wasn't stock if it was 700hp. I was wondering what the guy did to get it there.

We found out later that the problem was not only the heat but the supercharger bolts had backed out a little which is why it was only making 12lbs of boost, we were so confused about that shit lol

I dont know everything that is done to it exactly but I can give you a general idea.... It is a 4.2 stroker completely forged, i believe it is a 72 or 78mm turbo. Last year the motor in another car made 740 iirc.

That was yours? That car was beautiful man! I tried to get my friend to get his z06 in that color but he got a good deal on his. (his was the red one there with the black zr1 wheels)

That Neon moves out for sure. What's the setup on the Cobra that was having the issues?
