Not sure of your setup, but if stock rockers make sure there are no bearing losses in the rocker trunnion.

I can't listen to videos....what lifters are you using and how much preload did you set them up with? Did this noise start after a modification to the valvetrain (new cam, etc)?

All stock setup. 160k miles. Drove it to town and it did fine. Drove it back and it started ticking. Had oil and then I changed the oil just to see if it would make a difference and it didn't. Oil has been Mob1 Syn 5-20 with Mob1 filter since I got the car 2 years ago.

When you changed the oil and there were no needle bearings from the lifters and the pushrods were all strait you need to look elsewhere. Check all your acsessory mounting points to make sure the hardware is tight. Make sure the tensioners are keeping the belt tight and check the belt to make sure it isn't boogered. Hows the oil pressure? That doesn't sound like the metal on metal clank of a rod knock but you never know it could be a bearing about to go.

Your oil pressure should be higher then that considering that the engine is still cold, has your oil pressure always been that low?
