Paint & Body Work - rust on wheel well

hey guys i have a lot of rust on my wheel well and i am thinking of painting it with por-15. i figured people can barley see the wheel well so why not do it myself. any suggestions?? will help a lot thanks

Take a grinder and sand off the rust first and then spray or undercoat it. I did it on my 99 TA and it looks a lot better, plus it will help preserve the car.
