I was thinking that maybe I'd get another 15 in the future but maybe not. Would this amp sound good with this sub?
I also need help with a good head unit for under 100$ preferably. :)

Not sure about audiopipe subs but I don't like Power Acoustic anything. You're better off saving up some more $ and getting quality stuff. I did the same thing as you when I was 16 and had my first car. Ended up spending more $ total from buying cheap stuff I wasn't happy with. Not sure about new CD players; I still use my old Eclipse hu's. Most of them now are focused on extra crap not sound quality. Try to find one with 3 sets of pre-outs if you want to run a mids/highs amp also. The higher the pre-out voltage the better. If you could find a used Eclipse hu used I would suggest that. It won't have all the bells and whistles but will sound great.

Your not gonna find a GOOD headunit under a 100 unless its used period, basic requirements to be considered a GOOD HU are built in HPF and LPF and MINIMUM 4-VOLT RCA preouts (you won't ever want 2 volt preouts once you've had 4-volt preouts) at which point odds are it will have all 3 sets of RCA's, Brands to consider Eclipse, Pioneer and Alpine maybe a kenwood if its really GOOD, personally I run Pioneer HU's.
Not the least bit familiar with Audiopipe, so I would avoid that sub and SonicElectronics is IMHO a "shady" company, they are NOT authorized resellers of many of the brands they carry, so if you buy from them you run the risk of the manufacture not honoring a warranty claim, so my advise is to not use them for anything.
