Default Get New Pushrods

I was reading a thread about new components when installing a cam and somebody said to just keep the stock pushrods because if the valves ever hit the pistons, the pushrods bend, not the valves.
So my question is, should I buy new hardened pushrods, or are the stockers ok.
And also is it better to stay with the stockers incase I do touch a piston to a vavle?
I am giong to have a 224/224 .561 .561 114lsa, with the Manley spring/retainer kit, new rollmaster chain,ls6 oil pump.

Hardened, because with the added spring tension, higher revs, and more stress, the stockers will more than likely give up.

Didn't think about the higher spring tension. Good catch I was also trying to save $100 on my install and I didnt see anything better about hardened. Thanks

With an upgraded cam and spring, Chromemoly PR's are a must.
