Question about brakes? Hey guys it's Amy I have a question i took my car down to get it the tire rotation and align and balance due to the fact the car was pulling hard to the right, so i took it back to Hendricks and they said nothing was wrong they checked out if the caliper could be sticking or a piston or something. The car is totally in alignment anyone got any other ideas to help out because it is still doing it! THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

What type of road were you driving on when you felt the pull? Our cars are notorious for this. Driving on parts of the freeway here in EPT can be scary at speed. A little "weathered" patch of road is all you need to feel a pull. You know, one that looks like a muddy road with just a hint of ruts in it. Did you test your car on a flat stretch of road with little to no incline?

When I had my 99' Bird and had similiar problems I had a frozen pin in one of my front brakes that was not allowing it to slide. Consequently, one side would brake harder and create a pull as well as creating uneven rotor wear. I ended out replacing 2 pins and the bracket. That corrected the problem for me.
To alleviate any future problems I used a synthetic brake grease. I did this to my 01' WS6 as soon as I bought it. I also changed from factory rotors in front to slotted to avoid any warping.
IMO any one with a 4th gen should be using a synthentic brake grease for the pins and using slotted rotors to decrease chances of rotor warping and to have better 60 to 0. It is advertised to reduce 60 to 0 from 120ft to 110 ft. It keeps the rotors from getting as hot and expells gases created from friction with the pads and rotor.
My 2 cents for what it is worth.

also check your pads on either side.. see if one side has worn out more then the other...
i know it sounds strange but it can happen causing one side to pull... take a look...
also something simple... check your tire pressure...
sounds dumb? well think bout this when weight is transfered to your front tires during braking if one is lower on air then it will sag more... this will cause the car to lean slightly to that side causing it to pull to the lean....
ALWAYS check the simple stuff b4 you spend big bucks to get something fixed...
