Default PCM fuel cut-off and supercharger - lean risk?

the factory PCM reads "fuel cut off" and set rpm point
how does that work?
total fuel supply or injector pulse, etc?
just don't want my motor to go lean under full boost by hitting the limiter.
thanks

Default

From what I understand, fuel is cut off from the pump and there for no fuel from the injectors. To protect against this, I would recommend getting a ignition box with a spark retard which most do now.
