Exclamation Trunion upgrades or something else causeing this noise?

Ok, i have another thread but im looking to get some input on JUST this issue. I originally measured and determined i need longer pushrods. I had comp magnum 7.4`s, and just installed comp 7.425`s. The valve train noise didnt change at all. It has about .060 preload on the lifters. A good friend told me that the trunion upgrades make alot of noise, could this be it? The cam is also on XER lobes. I dont like this sound, it sounds like its low on oil in a normal engine lol. But i checked, 30 psi @ idle and 40+ at anything above.

I'm not hearing the problem, sounds fine. did you disconnect your serp belt to make sure the noise you think your hearing is not coming from a worn out bearing on an accessory?

I just went from a noisy .060" preload to .085" preload, it did quiet it down a noticeable amount.

It may be the video, but I am not hearing anything strange either. Typically the trunion upgrade kits should not produce more noise. Also I assume that you are running stock lifters, if so you are within spec of recommended preload.
