Western Members - Anyone headed to irwindale tonight?

also, anyone know what time they start tech inspection? last time i went was last november and i got their at 6, and it was packed so i wanted to go early this time to get more runs in.

They open up tech at 4pm. Racing starts at 5pm. I may go and watch

I got there at 530 and there was prob. 80 cars, left at 730 and there was like 180 cars. Got 3 runs in 2 hours though so not bad.

Your best bet is get there at 4-415 get teched in you can usually get a couple runs in from 5-615 ish, I used to get at least 4 runs in, then every ricer kid gets there around 630 and then it gets stupid. I was mad a couple times because the Honda kids would take the left lane which usually is prepped well, good thing is I still left them at the start lol.

What time does it start?

Normal times 4-10 pm, I believe first race is at 5pm.

Is this going to be a regular thing, having the tnt on Saturdays as well? Or is this just a one time special occassion?
