Im gonna go with suspension; LCAs and TA with TA relo mount would be a good starting point, as well as strip 300lbs off of it.

If you're trapping 85mph with a Tsunami cam and 799 heads, your car is royally fucked somewhere. You are missing at least 5-7mph MINIMUM.
I have a smaller cam in heavier car with less aero and it traps 91-92mph and runs 7.5s
Fix your car and you will gain more than 3-4 tenths. If you want help, you're going to have to start posting from a computer instead of a phone and give a lot of details. One sentence posts with no punctuation are going to drive away anyone intelligent enough to help you.
Start with basics:
running premium fuel?
no codes?
fuel filter clogged?
good fuel pressure?
compression check on engine
transmission slipping?
weight of the car with you in it?
tuned by someone who knows what they're doing?
what density altitude are you racing in (elevation with weather factored in)?
