General Maintenance & Repairs - air bag light flashing at random...

was driving home from work the other day when the air bag light starting flashing.. its never happened before.. i was getting onto the freeway in 3rd gear and i stepped on it a lil when the light starting flashing.. tonight same thing happened when i was pulling into the store.. it kinda scared me a
lil.. what could this be? it will flash for about 3-5 seconds and then just stops and wont come on at all..

Sounds Like loose connection. Power to the air bag module is coming and going. To to your car turn key to run but don't start and watch light. The module is doing self test every time it is powered up. I think it is loosing and gaining power.

when i turn my key to the on position it will do the norm blinking as ittesting itself out, but other than that it ill do it when im driving i was also thinking it might be that.. since ive noticed it'll turn on with some vibration.. blinks again for about 3-5 sec. and goes away..
