Its just a side mirror interior cover plate. Hit up the sale section or local salvage yard.

That may have to be an option if I can't find one for non-power windows...I didn't think it would be this hard to locate one.
I went today and bought one for $5...but it's the same kind as this the one in the link below...for power mirrors.

Found one from a friend that works at the dealership. Turns out they are still available. $19.99.
