To start..

I took over an hour or so searching this forum and Google for this part's number. Im in a major crunch for time so I thought screw it and post a thread and add this part's number to the list..

I have a 2000 Trans Am..

I need to know the part number for the Right Side/Passenger HEADLAMP LOW BEAM CONNECTOR. It is the 2 pronged connector for JUST the light. Not the motor.

...Also, if anyone knows how to lock the headlights while the car is off.. info in much appreciated.

Again. I realize this is a newbie question but i just dont have the time to search and not find it.

What I did to keep my headlights up while the car was off, is to turn them on and disconnect the negative battery terminal while they are up. Or you could use the factory installed headlamp manual jacks. They are located just behind the headlight cover. They use an allen wrench. You will notice them if you look close. They are hex shaped plastic pieces. Turn one way to raise and the other way to lower.

Thank you. I did end up finding the part myself but thanks for the tips on keeping the headlights up.

Its nice to know that someone eventually got around to answering this.

Much thanks.
