Alright, I have a WS6 with the stock silver ram air decal on the hood. I ordered some charcoal metallic decals for the doors and front bird plate and the ram air decal. Well I put the door and plate decals on the paint itself. I was wondering if the ram air decal would stick alright if I put it over the stock decal instead of removing it, so I can get the placement right? Anybody done this or have any opinions? Thanks a lot!

Just remove it. Take a hair dryer to it and use your finger nail to scratch it off. Then I would wash the area with Dawn soap and then clay bar it. Then do a final wipe with Isopropyl alcohol. If you are worried about not placing it in the "right" spot, take a picture of the area beforehand with a ruler or something to give you some reference points.

just use pieces of tape and put them on parralel to the old ones before taking then off them clean real good and then just fit the new decal between the pieces of tape.
