General Maintenance & Repairs - Damn vibration is driving me nuts.

I've got a vibration from 1800-2300 RPM. I have a new TDP transmission, new clutch and flywheel, new TDP rebuilt rear end, new Inland Empire DS, and the wheels and tires are balanced. I'm getting aggravated like hell. Any ideas?

What kind of mount did they use for the transmission?
Also how violent is the vibration?
Couple possible easy fixes:
Loose bolts on trans mount/crossmember
Driveshaft joints (also check for proper installation)
Misalignment of transmission or other parts
Unbalanced flywheel/clutch pieces
Did you get an alignment?
Being at a certain RPM and not a speed, I wouldn't think it's the rear end or driveshaft...

It isn't terrible. You can see the passenger seat shaking when it's happening and feel it in your ass for sure.
It was happening prior to the trans/rear end/driveshaft replacement. With the replacement of that stuff, it went away for a while. Now it's coming back.
Car has a poly trans mount.
Trans mount and crossmember bolts are tighter than virgin poon.
U-joints came preinstalled from the OEM.
How can I check the alignment of the transmission?
Flywheel and clutch are balanced as any other brand new TDP setup would be.
I got an alignment about5k miles ago.
It's driving me apeshit man. Dropping lots of coin when the "experts" tell me it's definitely something. Take it to the best in the area to do the work and still the same.

How old are your poly mounts? Some people have reported more vibrations after installing them. Do you have poly motor mounts also?

Poly motor and trans mount. No idea of age. They were on the car when I got it.

You said you had the flywheel replaced? Another idea is possible a flywheel bolt head broke off or even clutch bolt head. Had that happen to me in my v6 3.8L. The uneven mass even though its only a bolt head throws the balance of the crankshaft off and you said its happening right below your seat. Just an idea, unfortunately only way of knowing is by pulling tranny back and clutch off. But on my v6 it made a vibration in a specific rpm range, cant remember though.

Jason at TDP has pulled the trans a couple times. It's not a bolt for sure. I'm going to try a stock rubber trans mount.

AC Delco transmission mount cleared up 90% of it. Doing motor mounts next. I've got to get this polyurathane stuff out.
