Cadillac CTS-V - headlight q

One of my little bulbs burned out in the headlight, weird cause I only put it in there like 3 months ago when I went to blue ones. Its the drivers side headlight. Can I get to it if I take the volant off...thought id ask before I get to tearing sh!t down. I know I can get to it if I take the fender liner out as thats how I installed them but its a pain.

nope no way around wish it werent such a pain... you can turn your wheel and do it with out jackstands... takes about 10-15

That's how I did mine. Turned the wheels and took the liner out. Still a pain though.
