Fueling & Injection - Fuel pump relay will not stop switching HELP!!

Flashing car today and now relay won't stop switching a constant clicking will explain better if someone may have a clue of what I'm saying thanks

If the relay is flipping over and over, sounds like a PCM issue?

yeah i believe so to cause iput a truck 6.0 pc in it today and and it stopped swtching i think it is a faulty flash
