You will need some small screwdrivers or picks. You will need to know how to solder. You may need some patience.

The replacement bulb is Edit: 8640 which is a 'T-1 1/4' form factor bulb. These were not easy to find a part number on. There are many people who charge between 10-25 dollars for 3-8 of these bulbs. Ripoff.

Start off at either end, you will pry the casing apart while lifting the outside over the tabs on the side. (next 2 pics)

I recommend that you wedge the cases apart after you pry the first half. This will keep it from going back together.

Once you clear all the tabs, the switch will pull apart easily. Be careful as the parts and tools like to go everywhere.

This is the inside of the Fog Light switch. Both switches are identical inside, except for their contact bridge.

You have 4 terminals to solder your new lights to.

Both lights have a sleeve on them and you will want to use them on the new bulbs. In order not to tear them, soak the whole bulb in hot water for a few minutes before trying to remove.
