Drag Racing Tech - 4150 TB IAC problem. How do I test this thing?

My IAC hasnt worked at all since I got the TB on the car. Everything is brand new out of the box so I would like to think the IAC isnt bad but you never know. Does anyone know how to test it? Anyone had this problem?

I would just keep it plugged off but I live in SW Florida so I gotta have my A/C.

Yeah but what I cant find is what voltage to look for. Its not moving at all.

Scan it with HPT or EFI and see if it is working.

No, I have it blocked off for now. I adjusted the idle with the butterflies. Im working out some other issues with the car so I kinda put it on the back burner. I will update this thread when I get around to figuring it out.
