Default Oil Catch Can

I am getting some work done to my 06 and i am wondering if i should get a oil catch can. I am doing long tubes port and polished throttle body/intake manifold and tuned. Are they worth the money to buy??

yes, they help keep oil out of your intake.

I agree, a catchcan is well worth your money.
Do your research and get a known good brand though. Some of the cheap ones arent designed well and dont do a very good job separating the oil from the air.

Just make sure you don't pay someone to install it for you as well.. it takes all of 5 minutes to put in... and a few ratchet wrenches.. Not worth the $100 or so someone will charge you to put it in..

Elite Engineering makes a very nice and very effective catch can. Not super cheap but well worth the money as far as reducing the oil build up in your intake. Also, the EE catch can is a nice looking mod under the hood.
