Curious if any of you guys are running the Holley Modular Hi Ram yet?

I found a photo of a chevelle running a sheet metal intake that appears to share similar dimensions with the holley...

So...who has one, what motor, and what are you seeing for et and 1/4 or hp?

That holley looks neat and I heard it makes a ton of power. It also looks like it is easy to crack open to port it out.
That Chevelle has a custom sheet metal intake, it probably is better than the holley is.

Build a new K that puts the hoop in front of the pan so you can lower the motor down with plates :) lol
On a serious note, I saw a guy on third gen that had taken the holley base, and had Hogan make a sheet metal top for a single 4550...

If you look in Holly's product listings for the high ram EFI manifold they make a blank, undrilled top for that manifold. You could probably drill that for a single Holley.

Or 8 webers....

With that massive plenum I dont think I would trust the distribution with 1 carb on that intake.
It is still over 12" from mounting pad to valley cover. For comparison, Super Victor LS1 is about 7" , and the Mast is 8"
