Also, 520rwhp seems kind of low for a 427 and GIGANTIC cam, any clue as to whats holding it back? A lot of H/C C6Zs make 570+ with smaller cams.

perhaps the smaller 243 heads and only 90mm intake?

The cam was installed/ and motor built prior to me purchasing the car so I didn't have a choice on that one. And as far as the numbers go. You hit the nail on the head. The cathedral 243s even though reworked still do not flow as well as the large sqaure port ls7 heads. And a 102 would definately help. But don't forget to consider the fact that those numbers where from a mustang dyno. And from what I've seen although a large cam LS7 may make more top end HP they usually make less TQ.
