Cadillac CTS-V - Radiator guinea pig

After seeing a fellow V driver on the side of the road with a bum radiator I got concerned and contacted ALRADCO (who supposedly make a direct replacement).
My main concern was getting the thing to fit with the maggie radiator.
I heard it was a job to mount the Ron Davis radiator and I didn't want any additional hassle.
So, over the next few weeks I will revisit "MOD HELL" and install an ALRADCO.
Anybody use one with a maggie?
If not, I guess I will be first in line.
Will take before and after pics and post them for anybody interested.

The Ron davis radiator is nice, but it was a royal f****** pain in the ass to install. I would rather do a manifold to header swap than that radiator, I say this knowing full well that I love the RD radiator and would never go another route.

From what I can gather, the Alradco takes up the 3/8" that is between the stock radiator and the A/C condenser.
It also increases the rear by about 1/4".
Since the maggie intercooler is in front of the A/C condenser I don't for see any showstopper, but they call it MOD HELL for a reason.
Very reassuring that someone else has already installed one and no problems.

I have the D3 radiator which is a four core. It bolted right in with no issues. There is very little clearance between fans, belts and damper, but nothing rubs.

Its a heat exchanger.
A radiator is a heat exchanger (if you want to be technical).
It is the radiator for the maggie intercooler.

GOT IT.
A real work of art to.
Except for a FEDEX manhandle (I straightened that out).
Will install later in the summer.
Mod Hell took a back seat to other priorities.
