Tools & Fabrication - anyone ever repair their air/hydraulic tubing bender?

Ive been beating my head against the wall on this one. Its an American forge Foundry 801 that I've been using and one day the air side of the pump went out and wouldn't bypass air or pump. I ordered a kit for it and rebuilt the air side put it back together and it pumps great now but wont build pressure and I think I may have the bypass on the pedal adjusted wrong ir something. These are relatively simple pumps (not a lot of pieces) but its still kicking my ass.

Lots of views. I know there's gotta be a few experts on here. I just have one more bar to bend on my cage and was hoping to get it finished this weekend.

I haven`t ever tried to rebuild an air op hydraulic pump, but I did retrofit a bottlejack to work upsidedown. When I was done it took forever to get all the air out and get the oil in, could the pump just be airlocked?

Well I thought that was the problem so I took the line off and let it pump till only fluid came out. It will free flow fluid but it wont build pressure. I feel pretty positive it bypassing but can't be sure.
