Default Misfire question

What would cause the engine to have a misfire? The plugs and wires and cap and rotor are new what else could cause it. It is a 96 Trans am

And the computer is getting tune right now. Could that be the issue cause I had the egr get deleted and reprogram for the cam. Any idea will help

any of the parts you replaced could cause a misfire...assumeing your plugs, wires and opti are good. confirm you did not X a plug wire or a plug boot is not arching on header/exhaust manifold. Dialectic grease on both ends of plug wires is a good idea..

place to start and may resolve...but it could be fuel or ignition
