I went with the Pontiac Montana power steering pulley and my crank pulley might be an underdrive pulley.

does this sound about right?

With tensioner fully tensioned: 64 inches
with no tension on tensioner: 67 inches

also, what belt part number would i need?

Don't forget the belt will stretch some, so get a belt short enough to that it'll still have full tension on the belt after it stretches.
